COLD HORS D’OEUVRES

Fresh Fruit Tray includes honey dew, cantaloupe, pineapple, seedless grapes, fresh strawberries, and fresh kiwi fruits and a homemade honey yogurt dressing for dipping.

Fresh Vegetable Crudite includes broccoli, cauliflower, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, yellow squash, and jumbo-pitted black olives, served with Blue Cheese and Ranch dressing for dipping.

Imported and Domestic cheese tray includes a combination of Cheddar, Swiss, Provolone, Gouda, Muenster and Colby cheeses all cube with a cluster of seedless grapes as a garnish. Served with a variety of crackers.

Baked Brie Cheese Wheel with a lovely assortment of Almonds and Honey, and Fresh raspberries, with freshly baked French bread from Grampa’s Bakery.

Grampa’s Catering will supply all necessary equipment for the catering job including chafing dishes, utensils, china plates, silverware, water glasses, coffee urns, coffee cups, and relative condiments. Linen tablecloths for buffet tables are included. Linen tablecloths and napkins are available to rent for guest tables in a variety of colors. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the perfect style and colors for your event. We will supply a professional staff of uniformed servers and chefs. Delivery, Setup, and Serve Charge depends on travel time, amount of staff required and Event time.

A fifty-percent non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date for which you have chosen. Any change in the number of guests will change the total price of your event. Five days prior to your event the exact count of the final number attending must be given to Grampa’s Catering, and at this time the balance for your event will be due.
